ORDER AND PREORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order or preorder, contact ninetofivepk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03000199304 with your order number as soon as possible.

Before Dispatch

You may cancel an order or preorder before it is dispatched. Any prepaid amount due back following an approved cancellation will be refunded within 10 calendar days. Prepaid refunds normally use the original payment method; where this is unavailable, we will agree on an alternative. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the amount.

After Dispatch

Once dispatched, the applicable return procedure applies. Regular perfumes must be unused and unopened for change-of-mind returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Discovery Set Money-Back Guarantee

The Discovery Set retains its 7-day money-back guarantee, including opened and tested sets. Customers pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 calendar days after the returned set has been received and inspected.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws in Pakistan.
