Nine to Five delivers fragrances across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard courier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Including processing, estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days after confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Courier delays, weather and public holidays may affect these estimates.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping across Pakistan on orders of PKR 1,999 or more. For orders below PKR 1,999, the applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a courier tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Parcels that cannot be delivered after courier attempts may be returned to us. Contact us to discuss any redelivery arrangements and charges before reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the product and packaging and share your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Nine to Five covers replacement delivery charges for confirmed damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items. This reporting request does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

At Nine to Five, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order. This policy applies to purchases made directly from www.ninetofive.pk and delivered within Pakistan.

1. Seven-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, including if you change your mind.

Regular perfumes must be unused, unopened and in their original condition, with their original seal, labels, box and packaging intact. An order number or proof of purchase is required.

Opened or used regular perfumes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not prevent claims for damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect products. The Discovery Set has the separate guarantee below.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact ninetofivepk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03000199304 before sending your item. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Include photographs if there is a problem.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address and instructions. Approved returns must be sent by mail or courier. Retain your courier receipt and tracking number. Prior approval helps us identify and process your parcel correctly.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

Customers arrange and pay return courier charges and any return label. Charges are paid directly to the courier at its applicable rates. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, any original delivery charge paid is non-refundable. No original delivery charge will be deducted if delivery was free. Any exchange price difference and applicable replacement delivery charge will be communicated before confirmation.

These arrangements do not override any remedy or reimbursement required by applicable law.

4. Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order on delivery and report damage, leakage, defects, missing items or incorrect products as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours. Provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the problem. An unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory.

Retain the product and packaging while we review your claim. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Nine to Five covers replacement delivery charges for confirmed damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items.

The 48-hour reporting request does not remove rights under applicable consumer protection law, including for defects not reasonably apparent on delivery.

5. Refunds

We will inspect your returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If a return is declined, we will explain why. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

Prepaid orders will normally be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable bank-transfer or mobile-wallet method. We will not substitute store credit without your agreement.

Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts. Delivery charges are handled as explained above. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the refund. Contact us if it has not appeared after the stated processing period.

7. Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, follow the applicable return procedure. Any prepaid amount due back following an approved cancellation will be refunded within 10 calendar days.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan. Nothing excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory legal requirements prevail over conflicting policy terms.
